7. Data security
Swathmark uses administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed for the nature and sensitivity of the information processed.
No system is completely secure. Swathmark cannot guarantee that information will never be accessed, used, altered, or disclosed without authorization.
If you spot a security problem, please tell us at security@swathmark.com. Keep the first report descriptive rather than demonstrative — no working exploit code, credentials, personal information, confidential partner data, or regulated data.

Depending on residence and the law that applies, a person may have rights to:
- Request access to personal information
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion
- Request a portable copy
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Withdraw consent where processing depends on consent
- Opt out of a sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling

- Receive equal service without unlawful discrimination for exercising a privacy right
Swathmark does not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
To make a request, email privacy@swathmark.com and tell us what you want and which interaction it relates to. We may ask for a reasonable amount of information to confirm you are who you say you are, or that you are authorised to act for someone else — we ask for as little as we can. You will never need to create an account to exercise a privacy right.
An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law. Swathmark may request proof of authority and direct verification from the person. These rights are subject to legal exceptions and may not apply in every jurisdiction or circumstance.
9. EEA, United Kingdom, and Switzerland
Where applicable, Swathmark processes personal information under one or more of the following grounds:
- Consent
- Performance of a contract or steps requested before entering a contract
- Compliance with a legal obligation
- Legitimate interests, such as responding to business inquiries, securing the website, evaluating partnerships, and improving operations, where those interests are not overridden by the person's rights
Information may be processed in the United States and other countries whose data-protection laws may differ from those in the person's country. Where legally required, Swathmark will use an approved transfer mechanism.
A person may have the right to complain to the data-protection authority in the jurisdiction where the person lives or works.
10. Children
The website is intended for business and professional audiences. It is not directed to children under 16, and Swathmark does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the website.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has sent us personal information, contact privacy@swathmark.com and we will remove it.
11. Third-party websites
The website may link to third-party websites or services. Swathmark does not control their privacy, security, content, or practices. Their policies govern their collection and use of information.
12. Changes to this policy
Swathmark may update this policy as the website, product, partners, vendors, and legal requirements change. The updated policy will display a new effective date. Where legally required, Swathmark will provide additional notice or request consent.
13. How to reach us
If you have a question about this policy, want to know what information we hold about you, or would like it corrected or deleted, write to privacy@swathmark.com. A person reads that inbox. Tell us what you are asking for and enough detail to find your records, and we will confirm receipt and explain what happens next.
If you believe you have found a security weakness in this website, please report it to security@swathmark.com rather than testing it further. We would rather hear from you early. Do not include working exploit code, credentials, personal information, or confidential partner data in a first report.
For anything contractual — agreements, data-sharing terms, or legal notices — write to legal@swathmark.com.
